Is this real?

Mode Inc. announced the program on Business Wire on October 13, 2026, as part of a $5 billion enterprise data initiative, and the referral pay is printed in that release. Mode's CEO, Dan Novaes, is quoted by name. Check it yourself before you share anything.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No fee, no starter kit, no monthly charge. If anyone asks you for money to join this, walk away.

Is the $50,000 guaranteed?

No. It's Mode's published minimum per closed deal for US-headquartered companies (outside the US it's 6% with no minimum), paid on closed deals only, not on sign-ups. Your results depend on the companies you introduce and the deals Mode accepts and closes.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. Your job ends at the introduction and the follow-up until the company's call is booked. Mode's team handles the review, the terms and the paperwork.

How much could a company receive?

Mode's published range is $100K to $5M. Nobody can quote a specific company a number before Mode reviews it.

Does the referral fee come out of the company's payment?

No. Mode pays the partner separately. The company's amount isn't reduced, and the fee is disclosed to the company up front.

How long until payment?

Mode estimates about three months from the first conversation to the company's payment. That's an estimate, not a promise. Partner fees are due within 30 days of the company's payment.
